Rentstuff is a rental management system built as an alternative to tools like Booqable and Rentman. It is designed for rental businesses that need flexible pricing structures, precise inventory management, and a smooth dispatch and return workflow.

What Can Rentstuff Do?

  • Orders & quotes — create quotes and orders, manage the full lifecycle from quote to completion
  • Products & inventory — manage rental items, consumables and services, including individually tracked items with barcodes
  • Customer management — customer details, customer groups, contacts and customer-specific pricing rules
  • Invoices & payments — generate invoices from orders, register payments and create credit notes
  • Availability calendar — real-time product availability grid per day
  • Barcode scanning — scan items out on dispatch and in on return, directly from the app
  • Damage & inspections — report damage on return, manage repair status and inspection history
  • Reports — insight into revenue, utilisation rates and outstanding invoices

App-Only Concept

Everything in the app

Rentstuff has no separate web admin panel. All features — for both staff and customers — are in the same Ionic/Capacitor app. After logging in, the app automatically detects whether you have a staff or customer context and displays the appropriate interface.
